How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and, if you go ahead, carry out the work.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. If you ask us to prepare a quote or contract, it is also needed to take steps towards that contract.

Giving us your details is voluntary, but we need your name and email address to reply. We do not make any automated decisions about you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers, who only process your information on our instructions:

These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to any work, we delete your details within 12 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep project correspondence for up to 6 years after the work ends, for legal and accounting reasons, and then delete it.
